BEST Rye Malt provides an unparalleled structure, a velvety mouthfeel, and a special complexity to the beer. The aromas strongly resemble bread. Due to the lack of husks and a high proportion of mucilaginous substances (pentosans), it is recommended to use less than 50% of the total malt quantity to avoid problems with rinsing/lautering.

Use: Up to 50%. For rye beer, rye IPA, multi-grain beer and top-fermented beer.
