🛍️ HOW TO BUY GIFT CARDS

It's easy to buy gift cards from our online store! Here's how:

1. Choose the amount you want the gift card to have.

2. Fill in the "From" and "To" fields as you wish them to appear on the gift card (optional).

3. Enter the recipient's email address, or your own if you wish to give it in person.

4. Add a personal message if you wish (optional).

5. Click on “Add to cart” and complete the purchase as usual.

🧾 Once payment is complete, the gift card is automatically sent to the recipient by email. You will also receive a copy.

The email contains a link to the gift card with a unique code used at checkout. The gift card can be printed or used digitally directly in the online store.

🎁 USING GIFT CARDS

The gift card is used as a payment method in the online store:

• At checkout, enter the gift card code to apply it.

• The gift card amount is deducted from the total sum.

• You can use the gift card multiple times until the balance is depleted.

• It is possible to use multiple gift cards on one order.

• If the total amount exceeds the gift card balance, you pay the remaining amount with your preferred payment method.

💡 You always see the remaining balance on the gift card after purchase.

ℹ️ IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• The gift card is only valid in the online store brewshop.no and cannot be used in our physical store in Trondheim.

• Validity period: 12 months from the date of purchase.

• You have a 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with the Cancellation Act.

❌ HOW TO CANCEL A PURCHASE

Should you wish to cancel the purchase, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal after the gift card has been sent:

1. Send us an email with the gift card number and that you wish to cancel the purchase.

2. The full amount will be refunded to the card you paid with.

3. The gift card will be canceled and become invalid.
