Glassware – beer and wine glasses from Rastal and Stölzle Lausitz

This is the full glassware range at Brewshop: beer and tasting glasses from German maker Rastal, wine glasses and bar glasses from Stölzle Lausitz, and the Exilles wine glass from Rastal. Most glasses are sold in boxes of six. Some come in boxes of two or twelve, and a few beer glasses can be bought individually.

How to choose the right glass

The shape of the glass controls how aroma and foam behave. Choose by what you drink:

Aromatic beer such as IPA and pale ale suits a glass with a narrowing rim that gathers the aroma, such as the Rastal TEKU 42 cl or the Craft Master One 47 cl.
Pilsner and wheat beer are served in tall glasses: the Rastal Pilsener 40 cl and the Schwarzwald Weizenbierglas 50 cl.
Everyday glass: the Conical Tumbler 47 cl is a classic pint glass, calibrated to 0.4 litres.
Wine: red wine glasses have a large bowl that lets the wine breathe, white wine glasses are smaller, and champagne glasses are tall and narrow.
Spirits and cocktails: whisky, cognac, shot and cocktail glasses from Stölzle Lausitz.

The TEKU glass was developed by Teo Musso, founder of the Baladin brewery in Italy, together with beer sommelier Kuaska, and is made by Rastal. Craft Master One won an iF Design Award in 2015. The Q1 series from Stölzle Lausitz is mouth-blown and sold in boxes of two.

Are the glasses dishwasher safe?

Many are, including the STARlight wine glasses and several of the Stölzle Lausitz bar glasses. It is not stated for every glass, so check the product page before putting them in the dishwasher.

How many glasses are in a box?

Most beer and wine glasses are sold in boxes of six. Q1 wine glasses are sold in pairs, the Conical Tumbler and Willi Tumbler come in boxes of twelve, and the Conical Tumbler can also be bought individually.

What is a beer tasting glass?

A tasting glass is a small glass for comparing several beers side by side. The Teku Taster Flight Set has three 19.4 cl tasting glasses and a handmade tasting paddle, supplied in a gift box.
