This is our range of books on brewing for beginners and experienced brewers, technical books on yeast, water and malt, books on individual beer styles and on Norwegian beer culture, and the Brew Journal logbook. Most of the technical books are in English, and a few are in Norwegian and Danish. You will also find a couple of barbecue cookbooks here.
How to choose the right brewing book

- Ingredients: Yeast by Chris White of White Labs and Jamil Zainasheff covers yeast and fermentation. Water and Malt belong to the Brewing Elements series from Brewers Publications and go deep into water and malt.
- Beer styles: Kölsch, Gose, New Brewing Lager Beer by Greg Noonan, and American Sour Beers on mixed fermentation.

Brewing logbook and cookbooks
Brew Journal is a brewing logbook with room for more than 70 recipes, charts for over 100 hop varieties and 90 yeast strains, and tables for unit conversion, colour and ABV.
