Stainless steel handles water, heat and cleaning chemicals and is easy to keep clean, which is why it is used in commercial kitchens. Here you will find stainless workbenches, sinks, low tables and wall shelves from Hendi, and the Brewtools Troll brewing table system with tables, brewing crane, fermenter frames and accessories.
Choosing furniture
Workbench: The Hendi 1200 × 600 mm workbench and the 800 × 600 mm version are 85 cm high, with a backsplash, a lower shelf and a reinforced top. They take 70 kg per square metre and ship flat-packed.
Sink: The Hendi 1000 mm sink and the 800 mm version have a 30 cm deep basin for washing kettles, fermenters and kegs. It is made from food-grade AISI 304 and 430.
Low table: The Hendi 550 × 550 mm table is 45 cm high and suits a brewing system, kettles or a pizza oven. Wall shelves come in 80 and 120 cm widths.
Brewing table: The Brewtools Troll brewing table comes in a low (59 cm) and high (89 cm) version, has a 40 × 40 mm steel frame and expands with modules. The Troll brewing crane with winch lifts 100 kg, for example the malt pipe out of the brewing system. The Troll Unitank frame has wheels and fits all Brewtools unitanks up to the F300.

What working height should I choose?
The Hendi benches are 85 cm high, like a standard kitchen counter. If the brewing system stands on the table, a lower table makes it easier to look into the kettle and lift out the malt pipe. That is why Troll comes in both 59 and 89 cm heights.
Can the furniture be used outdoors?
The low stainless table also works for a grill or pizza oven. Stainless steel handles moisture well, but should be wiped down and cleaned regularly.
How much can the Troll brewing crane lift?
The Troll brewing crane lifts up to 100 kg and comes with a lifting bracket. The S-hook and bolt kits for joining modules are sold separately.
