Buffer solution with pH 7.01 for calibrating pH meters, in a handy 20 ml single-use sachet from Milwaukee. The solution is laboratory grade and certified to an accuracy of ± 0.01 pH at 25 °C. It is ready to use, so you avoid the uncertainty of mixing buffer from powder yourself.
A pH meter should be calibrated at least once a month. Calibrate with both pH 7.01 and pH 4.01 to cover the range where mash pH lies, which is 5.2–5.6.
