A spare set of O-rings for the standard Tilt Hydrometer. The set contains 2 O-rings of 29 mm (1.13"). The O-rings are food grade and seal the Tilt tube, so the hydrometer stays watertight while it floats in the wort during fermentation.

No. These are for the standard Tilt Hydrometer. There are separate O-rings for the Tilt Pro.
