Starter Kit for Pressure Fermentation in Kegs

A simple and affordable kit with the original Spundy Compact Spunding Valve, an adjustable spunding valve, for pressure fermentation and a Floating Dip Tube with silicone hose for transferring beer from the top of the keg. It also includes CO2 dip tubes for both standard 9-20L Cornelius kegs and 23L AEB kegs. (PS! AEB CO2 dip tubes are not always compatible with Chinese-made kegs, such as Kegland.)

Set the Spundy for fermentation at the desired pressure. After fermentation, you can either dispense directly from the keg via the floating dip tube that rests on top of the beer, or transfer clear beer from the top of the keg to a new keg. The latter is recommended to avoid off-flavors that can occur if the beer sits on dead yeast for too long.
