This cider kit contains 10 liters of pasteurized, organic apple juice from Voss Gardspresseri, made from Aroma apples grown organically in Voss.
Aroma is a cross between Ingrid Marie and Filippa, two classic apple varieties that together produce apple juice of exceptional quality:

Ingrid Marie contributes sweetness, roundness, and aromatic depth.

Filippa adds fresh acidity and complexity, ensuring the apple flavor is preserved throughout the fermentation process.

The result is a juice with a natural balance between freshness and sweetness, ideal for cider production. The juice is pasteurized for stability and shelf life, but completely without additives – a pure and authentic raw material for homebrewing quality cider.

The cider will have a fresh, dry, and lightly fruity character, perfect for those who appreciate pure flavors and artisanal quality.

100% ready for fermentation!

The cider is brewed as easily as with fresh wort kits. Transfer the apple juice from the bag-in-box to the fermenter, add yeast, and wait approximately three weeks until it's ready to be bottled or kegged.
