4" Tri-Clamp EPDM gasket – handles heat, cold and chemicals
Gasket for 4" Tri-Clamp connections, made of food-grade EPDM rubber (ethylene propylene diene monomer). EPDM performs very well at both high and low temperatures, from -40 °C to 150 °C, and stands up well to chemicals. The gasket is from Brumetal, Brewshop's own brand.

What is the difference between EPDM and silicone?
EPDM stands up well to chemicals and a temperature range from -40 °C to 150 °C. Silicone is softer and more flexible.
Is the clamp included?
No. A 4" Tri-Clamp connection also needs a 4" clamp, which is sold separately.
Is the gasket food grade?
Yes, the EPDM rubber is food grade.
