The DMA from Grifo Marchetti is a sturdy manual grape crusher with destemmer, designed for small winemakers. The machine crushes the grapes gently and separates the stems through a stainless steel screen, giving a clean starting point for further winemaking.
The machine is hand-driven by a solid flywheel that drives both the crushing rollers and the destemmer, so no electricity is needed. Capacity is up to 1000 kg of grapes per hour.
