Description

Austmann Hoppy Blonde all-grain beer kit

In collaboration with Austmann Brewery in Trondheim, we have created an all-grain kit for homebrewers who want to brew Hoppy Blonde Belgian blonde ale. Fresh, fruity, and easy-drinking.

Hoppy Blonde is also available as a fresh wort kit with 20 liters of ready-brewed wort from Austmann Brewery.

  • Contents: Malted grain (4.72 kg), hops, yeast, and brewing instructions
  • Yields approx. 23 liters (25 liters for fermentation)
  • OG: 1.040
  • FG: 1.007
  • EBC 6
  • IBU 19
  • ABV 4.5%
  • Fermentation: 10-14 days at 20°C
  • Yeast: BE-256 dry

Sugar for carbonation, fining agents, and any yeast nutrients are not included in the kits.

For quality and shelf-life reasons, the malt is uncrushed. If you don't already have one, we recommend investing in a malt mill to ensure 100% fresh ingredients for brewing day. Freshly home-milled malt is fantastic!
