Hydropress 40L - Grifo Marchetti
The PEW40 is a robust and efficient hydropress for cold pressing fruits like grapes, apples, pomegranates, and berries – as well as some vegetables. With a capacity of up to 40 liters, it is positioned between the PEW20 and PEW80 models, offering a good balance between volume and compact size.
The press requires neither electricity nor physical force – only access to water. A natural rubber membrane (food-grade approved) fills with water and expands evenly to gently press the fruit against the inside of the basket. The result is efficient pressing with a high juice yield and preservation of the fruit's natural aroma, antioxidants, and nutritional content.
The PEW40 comes with a canvas cloth for filtering the must without clogging, and spills are easily collected in the included bag. The press itself is made of stainless steel, with a solid lid and base made of aluminum. An integrated safety valve ensures that the pressure never exceeds 3 bar.
