Pacific Jade is a hop variety from New Zealand, bred from First Choice and Saaz. It gives citrus flavour and aroma with a complex herbal and black pepper character. This 5 kg pack of pellets is intended for breweries and others brewing larger volumes. With its high alpha acid, the variety gives solid bitterness, and it can also be used later in the boil for flavour and aroma.
