Frequently asked questions about Ferrari Group
Does the bottle rinser work with PET bottles?
No. The Ferrari bottle rinser is not compatible with our PET bottles. It is made for glass bottles.
How do I sanitise a lot of bottles quickly?
Fill the bottle rinser with Star San or another sanitiser and press each bottle down over the nozzle. Place the bottles straight onto the rotating drying tree, which holds 45 bottles.
What is a wine thief used for?
A wine thief lets you draw a sample from the fermenter, for example for the hydrometer, without emptying or tilting the vessel. The Ferrari Group wine thief is 45 cm long and made of plastic.
Can the measuring jug handle hot wort?
Yes. The measuring jug is made of food-grade polypropylene and withstands −10 to +120 °C.
