Hydropress 80L - Grifo Marchetti
The PEW80 is the largest model in Grifo's series of pneumatic hydraulic fruit presses, developed for efficient and gentle cold pressing of fruits such as grapes, apples, pomegranates, and berries – as well as some vegetables. With a capacity of a full 80 liters, it is perfect for larger home productions and small-scale professional use.
The press requires neither electricity nor physical effort. It is powered solely by water pressure: A natural rubber membrane, approved for food contact, fills with water and presses the fruit evenly and continuously against the inside of the basket. This results in high juice yield while preserving taste, aroma, antioxidants, and nutrients.
The included canvas filter prevents fruit residues from clogging the drainage holes, and spills are directed into the included collection bag. The robust construction mainly consists of stainless steel, while the lid and base are made of heavy-duty aluminum. A safety valve limits the pressure to a maximum of 3 bar for safe use.
