Duofiller är en automatisk burkfyllare som purgar och fyller burkarna till samma fyllnivå varje gång. Den är perfekt för den avancerade hembryggaren och små bryggerier som vill förenkla burkfyllningen jämfört med manuella fyllmetoder. Med Duofiller går burkningen undan effektivt och ordnat och med minimalt svinn. Med två fyllhuvuden är den avsedd för att en burk fylls medan locket på den andra valsas på, och kan därför enkelt skötas av en person ensam. Kan användas till både kolsyrat och okolsyrat öl.

Tredje generationen Duofiller är mer än dubbelt så snabb som första generationen, vid 1 bar i fatet.

Den är enkel att använda, tryck på knappen och Duofiller kommer att börja med att purga burken med CO2. Detta är för att fördriva syret som finns i burken så att kontakttiden mellan öl och syre blir minst möjlig. Purgetiden är justerbar mellan 0-10 sekunder. Efter purgning kommer den automatiskt att börja fylla burken. En sensor övervakar fyllnivån och stoppar fyllningen när förprogrammerad nivå är uppnådd. Sensorn registrerar vätskenivån millimeterprecist så att fyllnivån blir densamma varje gång, till och med oberoende av hur mycket skum som är på toppen av vätskan i burken.

Tester visar att öl tappat med Duofiller får mycket lågt syreinnehåll och därmed bra hållbarhet.

Duofiller programmeras mycket enkelt i förväg och man kan också enkelt finjustera fyllmängden under tiden. Den kan användas till alla typer av standardburkar 0.33 – 0.4 – 0.5 liter. Med G3 kan du också fylla nästan alla typer av flaskor upp till 500ml (du måste hålla i flaskan medan du fyller).

Detta medföljer:

• Slangset med 2x2.5m 3/16" John Guest-typ fyllslang avsedd för normalt kolsyrade drycker. Det ingår även 2x 3/16" fyllslangar med lite mindre innerdiameter, till användning för högt kolsyrade drycker.
• 12V strömförsörjning till EU-stickkontakt.

Detta behöver du utöver:

• Standard ball lock snabbkoppling till fat, med 1/4" MFL-gängor, för anslutning till ölslangen.
• CO2-slang (3/16" OD) och egen CO2-regulator för purgning (måste kunna ge ca 0.1-0.2 bar). Om du inte har en dedikerad regulator till detta ändamål kan du också använda en splitter för att dela CO2-slangen i två linjer, och koppla på en inline-regulator för att justera ner trycket till Duofiller.

Duofiller is an automatic can filler that purges and fills the cans to the same consistent fill level every time. It´s perfect for the advanced home brewer and small scale breweries who want to simplify can filling.

With Duofiller, canning goes away efficiently and neatly, and with minimum waste. With two filling heads, it is intended to fill the first can while the lid of the other is seamed and therefore it can easily be operated by one person alone.

It´s easy to operate, just press the button and Duofiller will start by purging the can with CO2. This is to displace the oxygen so that the contact time between beer and oxygen is minimized. After purging, it will automatically start to fill the can. A sensor monitors the fill level and stops filling when the pre-programmed level is reached. The sensor detects the liquid level millimeter-precisely so that the fill level is the same every time regardless of how much foam is on top of the liquid.

Tests show that beer canned with Duofiller has a very low oxygen content and thus good shelf life.

Duofiller is programmed very easily in advance and you can also easily fine-tune the filling amount along the way. It can be used for all types of standard cans 0.33 - 0.4 - 0.5 liters (12 - 16 - 19oz).

You need (not included):

• Standard ball lock corny keg quick disconnect with 1/4" MFL threads to use with the beer hose
• CO2 tubing of prefered length (OD 3/16")
• Separate CO2 regulator for purge gas, must be able to feed 0.1-0.2 bar to the filler. If you do not have a dedicated regulator for this purpose, you can also use a splitter to divide the CO2 hose into two lines, and connect an inline regulator to adjust the pressure to the Duofiller.
• If you can´t use EU plug power supply you will need a suitable power plug adapter
