ITC-1000 är en 2-stegs temperaturregulator som kan värma upp och kyla ner samtidigt genom att använda 2 olika sidor av ett standard elektriskt relä. I värmeläge slår kontrollern på när temperaturen är under SET-temperaturen och slår av när den är över. I kylläge slår den på när temperaturen är över den inställda temperaturen och slår av när den är under. ITC-1000 kan växla mellan Celsius- och Fahrenheit-display.
