Quantor MiniChilly 05 Glykolkylare med pump
Glykolkylare med inbyggd pump, med kylkapacitet på 0,56kW. Detta är tillräcklig effekt för temperaturkontroll för upp till 2 x 240L tankar, varav en 240L tank på cold crash åt gången, eller 4 x 120L tankar osv.
Användning av glykolkylare med inbyggd pump
För att använda kylare med inbyggd pump behöver du en temperaturkontroller och solenoidventil per tank. Ventilen öppnar/stänger för kylvätska efter behov och signal från temperaturkontrollern. Du måste också göra en uppsättning med slangar eller rör som inkluderar en bypass-slinga, som ser till att det alltid rinner kylvätska i retur till kylaren om solenoidventilen(-erna) är stängda. Utan bypass kommer pumpen att skadas, eftersom den alltid kommer att gå.
För de flesta hembryggare rekommenderar vi glykolkylare för användning med nedsänkbar pump, där uppsättningen blir både enklare och billigare, och utan behov av bypass-slinga. Kolla in vår MiniChilly 05 SB Compatible som är en modifierad MiniChilly 05.

DESCRIPTION
The compact cooling unit MiniChilly, made of stainless steel, is an ideal solution for micro-breweries, hobby brewers and smaller wineries who only need cooling for their applications.
The MiniChilly is available in three sizes, with cooling capacities of 0,5 to 1,7 kW (0,67 to 2,21 HP). At 0°C (32°F) water temperature an ice-bank will be built around the tubes which provides an additional, stored cooling capacity. When used for flash-cooling, it boosts the capacity of the unit, giving a constant cooling temperature over a longer time period. An additional stainless steel coil for direct cooling of liquids can be
integrated as an option, even afterwards. The MiniChilly is able to cool water down to -6°C using glycol.
