Description
Mangrove Jack’s Belgian Abbey Yeast M47 – dry yeast for Belgian abbey ales
M47 Belgian Abbey from Mangrove Jack’s is a dry yeast for Belgian pale ales and abbey ales. It is exceptionally fruity with complex esters and produces fewer phenols than Mangrove Jack’s Belgian Ale. It is moderately alcohol tolerant and highly flocculant, so the beer clears well.
