Keg coolers – keg refrigeration for bars, restaurants and breweries
A keg cooler is a refrigerated cabinet that keeps kegs at a steady temperature before and during dispense. Here you will find Lindr keg coolers for 20, 30 and 50 litre kegs: the DFK series, supplied fully assembled, and the DKB series, supplied flat-packed and built on site. The keg coolers are made to order.

How to choose the right keg cooler
- Assembled cabinet or flat-pack: The DFK is a ready-built cabinet for behind the bar or next to the dispense point. The DKB is a panel system carried in as parts and assembled on site, so it fits into cellars, plant rooms and premises with narrow doors.
- Number of kegs: The Lindr DFK-2 is the smallest model. The Lindr DFK-4 takes up to 4 slim 20 litre kegs, the Lindr DFK-6 up to 6 and the Lindr DFK-8 up to 8. The Lindr DKB-10 takes up to 10 kegs of 50 litres.
- Cooling unit position: On the DFK the cooling unit is removable, and the L models have it on the left. For the DKB the Lindr MU vertical cooling unit is supplied separately and mounted on the right or on top. The DKB can also be adapted to an external central refrigeration system.
- Connections: The cabinets have openings for python and beer lines, so they connect directly to a dispense tower.
All Lindr coolers have fan-assisted cooling, a digital thermostat with automatic defrost and R290 refrigerant (Lindr Green Line). For low under-counter set-ups there is the Micro-Matic Kegcooler Low 780, measuring 780 × 600 × 850 mm.
Frequently asked questions about keg coolers
Which kegs fit in a keg cooler?
The Lindr DFK and DKB are made for 20, 30 and 50 litre kegs, both steel kegs and one-way kegs such as KeyKeg and PolyKeg.
What is the difference between the DFK and the DKB?
The DFK comes as an assembled cabinet with interior LED lighting and a removable cooling unit. The DKB comes flat-packed, is assembled on site and has its cooling unit supplied separately. The DKB suits sites where an assembled cabinet will not fit through the door.
Do I need a keg cooler if my tower cools the beer?
A cooled dispense tower chills the beer on its way out. A keg cooler keeps the whole keg cold over time, which helps when kegs stand for a long time or are changed often.
