Brewiks Micro Brewery

The Brewiks 200, 300, and 500 Micro Breweries are perfect brewing systems for large brewing groups, small and growing breweries, and as a pilot system for experimental recipes.

All processes are controlled by the brewer using industrial-grade PLC, making Brewiks feel like a homebrewing system on steroids.

TOP FEATURES

Brewiks microbreweries are made according to the "plug and brew" principle. No special installation is required, and they consist of two units on wheels, functioning as a mash tun, lauter tun, boiling kettle, and whirlpool.

Innovative stirring system allows Brewiks to achieve efficiencies of up to 90 - 95% for all model series.

Model numbers 200, 300, and 500 refer to the volume of finished beer at 9% ABV (>1.100 original gravity) that can be brewed in the systems.

The maximum volume of cooled wort that can be produced per system is:

Brewiks 200: 210 liters
Brewiks 300: 420 liters
Brewiks 500: 620 liters

An integrated sparging system based on a heat exchanger allows for the use of the system's energy to heat the sparge water as an alternative replacement for a separate hot water tank.

The built-in heat exchanger for cooling wort in the system's double wall is highly efficient and requires little maintenance.

Wheels and elastic hoses make it easy to move the units around, bring them in and move them away when not in use, taking up minimal space in the brewery.
