Brew Monk – B70 brewing machine and sparge water heaters

Brew Monk is a range of brewing machines and accessories developed and inspected by Brouwland in Belgium. Here you will find the Brew Monk B70 Wi-Fi, a 304 stainless steel brewing machine with 65 litres of brewing capacity and room for 18 kg of grain, the S25 and S40 sparge water heaters with integrated pump, and accessories such as an insulation jacket, whirlpool arm and sparge manifold.

How to choose Brew Monk equipment

Brewing machine: the Brew Monk B70 Wi-Fi has a 70-litre total volume, a 3000 W heating element adjustable in 100 W steps, an integrated magnetic pump and an external sight glass. It runs offline or over Wi-Fi via mybrewmonk.eu, where you store recipes and follow your brew.
Sparge water: the Brew Monk S25 has 22 litres of effective capacity, the Brew Monk S40 35 litres. Both have a 2500 W element, digital display, integrated pump and 2 m silicone hose, and are for heating sparge water only.
Even sparging: the Mash and Sparge Water Manifold spreads water across the grain bed. It is 28.5 cm across and fits the overflow pipe in Brew Monk kettles.
