Frequently asked questions about L-Inox
Can the L-Inox tank be used for pressure fermentation and carbonation?
Yes. The tanks are unitanks with a spunding valve, rated for 2 bar (200 litres) or 3 bar (650–1500 litres), so you can ferment, carbonate and condition in the same tank.
What do I need to cool the tank?
The cooling jackets connect to a glycol chiller. Glycol chillers, manifolds and temperature controllers for breweries are under Quantor pro.
Can I get tanks in other sizes?
Yes. L-Inox builds fermenters, pressure tanks and storage tanks to the brewery's specification. Contact us for configuration and a quote.
