Beer bottles by the pallet – longneck and champenoise for breweries

This is where breweries buy beer bottles by the full pallet: 0.33 litre longneck (2,527 per pallet), 0.5 litre longneck (1,960) and 0.375 litre champenoise (1,904). You will also find cartons for 12 and 15 bottles and swing-top stoppers for 2 litre growlers. If you only need to fill a few crates, smaller packs are available in the homebrewing range.

How to choose the right beer bottle for your brewery

Volume: 330 and 500 ml longnecks are the classic beer formats. The 375 ml champenoise is an alternative for speciality beers and gift packs.
Dimensions on the line: Height and diameter decide whether the bottle fits your filler, capper and labeller. See the table below.
Weight: The champenoise bottle weighs 430 g, against 385 g for the 0.5 litre longneck and 300 g for the 0.33 litre longneck. This affects freight weight per pallet.
Cartons: Cartons for 12 or 15 bottles are sold in bundles of 25 and fit both the 0.375 litre champenoise and the 0.5 litre longneck.
Closures: Crown caps in bulk are listed under Crown caps. For 2 litre swing-top growlers we stock replacement stoppers individually or in boxes of 400.
