Yeast nutrients help with faster yeast cell propagation and faster fermentation, improved flocculation, reduced yeast cell stress, lower risk of stuck fermentation, and reduced risk of off-flavors. It is said that yeast generally accounts for approximately 40% of a beer's flavor, while in special beers, yeast is the most important element.

Therefore, we always recommend adding yeast nutrients when brewing beer, whether you are using dry or liquid yeast.
