Norwegian craft malt of the highest quality represented by Bonsak Gårdsmalteri, preferred by many Norwegian breweries despite a higher price than high-volume malt. In fact, it's so good that E.C. Dahls Bryggeri in Trondheim won a gold medal in the European Beer Star 2021 with their beer "Kong Vinter", brewed exclusively with malt from Bonsak. We are also pleased to offer genuine Stjørdalsmalt from Alstadberg Tradisjonsbryggeri, malted in a traditional "såinnhus" (smokehouse).
At Brewshop, we want to give you, the brewer, the best experience, which is why you can buy malt in 100g units. This gives you the flexibility to buy exactly what you need to brew your next batch, without having to waste anything or buy more than you need. For example, if you want to buy 5kg of malt, you only need to add 50 units to your shopping cart. And if you want to buy 25kg of malt, you only need to add 250 units.
PS! We pack crushed malt primarily as one batch/recipe. When buying whole malt, you choose whether all varieties should be mixed in the same bag or packed in separate bags. When buying several pre-mixed batches, you can specify this by adding a comment to your order.
