Easybräu-Velo is an Italian brand of professional brewhouses. At Brewshop you will find the Pocket-Bräu in 2.5 and 5 hectolitres and the Compact-Bräu from 2.5 to 10 hectolitres. All are made to order and configured to the brewery's needs, so contact us for price and setup.

Pocket-Bräu and Compact-Bräu

Pocket-Bräu 2.5 HL and Pocket-Bräu 5 HL – a fully connected brewhouse in AISI 304/316 stainless steel with mash/kettle tun, lauter/whirlpool tun, hot liquor tank (HLT) and chiller. It is ready to run once water and power are connected.
Compact-Bräu 2.5–10 HL – for breweries that need more capacity. Configuration and price on request.

The Pocket-Bräu mash/kettle tun has electric heating, a two-blade mechanical stirrer, a double insulated wall and a CIP spray ball. The lauter tun has a removable filter plate and tips over to empty spent grain. The same brewhouses are also listed under Easybräu-Velo pro.

Frequently asked questions about Easybräu-Velo

Can the Pocket-Bräu brew double batches?

Yes. An extra vessel can be connected for double batches. For the Pocket-Bräu 5 HL you can order a 1 HL buffer tank, which lets you brew 1000 litres in about 9 hours.
