EnoBeer – brewhouses and fermentation tanks from Italy
EnoBeer builds brewhouses, pressure tanks and production equipment in 304 stainless steel in Tuscany, Italy. Here you will find brewhouses from 250 to 1000 litres for nano breweries, microbreweries and brewpubs, conical pressure tanks from 300 to 2000 litres and a CIP system. How to choose an EnoBeer brewhouse
- Nano Brewery 2.5HL Electric – 250 litres, for small breweries, brewpubs and brewing clubs. 360-litre mash/boil kettle with motorised stirrer and 400-litre lauter/whirlpool tun.
- Compact Pro 3HL and 5HL Electric – compact monoblock brewhouses with an integrated hot liquor tank (HLT), for breweries short on space. The 3HL has a 300-litre HLT, the 5HL a 1000-litre HLT.
- Start 4HL and 5HL Electric – for breweries on a tight budget. Can be adapted with a different HLT and a manual or automatic control panel.
- Professional TCI 5HL and 10HL Electric – 500 and 1000 litres with an automatic control panel as standard.
- Enobrau 500 Professional Flame – gas-fired brewhouse with the EnoBrew-Touch control panel.

Tanks and other production equipment
- FCTB60 insulated conical pressure tank – 300, 600, 1000, 1500 and 2000 litres, 3 bar working pressure, PED certified, 60° conical bottom, for fermentation, maturation and storage.
- CIP system for 1–3 tanks – for cleaning brewhouses and fermentation tanks, with a 120 l/min pump.
- A 200 l/h pasteuriser and the Hydropress 250 litre fruit press for juice, must and cider.

Frequently asked questions about EnoBeer
Which EnoBeer brewhouse suits a small brewery?
The Nano Brewery 2.5HL is the smallest, at 250 litres per brew. If floor space is tight, the Compact Pro 3HL is an option because the hot liquor tank is built into the same frame.
What is the difference between Start and Professional TCI?
Start is designed for breweries on a tight budget and comes with a manual control panel as the baseline. Professional TCI has an automatic control panel and can be specified with a smaller HLT or manual panel to lower the price.
Can I ferment under pressure in EnoBeer tanks?
Yes. The FCTB60 tanks are built for 3 bar working pressure and insulated around the cylinder and bottom, so you can ferment, mature and store beer in the same tank.
