PolyKeg® from Italy produces the market's most advanced single-use PET kegs. In 2005, PolyKeg® developed the technology that other players use today, and has taken this technology several steps further. The barrier against O2, CO2, and light ensures maximum protection for the product. An integrated dip tube enables optimal and complete dispensing of the contents.

The new PRO series is the most sustainable on the market, and with its unique and exclusive features, it guarantees high product protection, maximum safety, and optimal logistics.

Integrated Pressure Release Valve

The integrated pressure release valve (PRV), unique and exclusive to PolyKeg®, has two main functions:

  • Automatic release of excessive pressure when it exceeds the preset value of 5.5 bar, throughout the entire lifecycle of the keg.
    The pressure release valve closes automatically when the pressure returns within the preset value.
  • After use, the lever on the pressure release valve can be easily removed to completely release the pressure in the keg.

Compatibility

We carry PolyKegs with a K-valve, which is 100% compatible with KeyKeg couplers.

Sustainability

Thanks to its properties, PolyKeg® is the most sustainable single-use keg on the market today, and is designed with an eco-design that has the following characteristics:

  • An optimization of the type of material used and the elimination of metal components.
  • Easy separation of all components for complete recycling.

READY TO USE

PolyKeg®, with or without a bag, does not require internal cleaning and is delivered pre-purged with nitrogen and then pressurized with 0.5 bar CO2, ready to be filled. This results in lower oxygen uptake during filling compared to other kegs on the market.

PolyKeg must be filled with a dedicated keg coupler for filling, such as the KeyKeg Filling Head (Brewshop Pro)
