1.5" Tri-Clamp heating element 3.2 kW with power cord – for brew kettles
Heating element for brew kettles with a 1.5" Tri-Clamp connection. The element has a low watt density, 8.5 W/cm², so the heat is spread over a larger surface. This makes the wort less prone to scorching. The element is made of 316 stainless steel and comes with a 1.5 m power cord and plug, ready to use.
Installation
The element is mounted in the kettle with a 1.5" Tri-Clamp ferrule, for example a weldless bulkhead. You also need a 1.5" clamp and gasket for the connection. The plug can be cut off if you want a different connection. In that case the installation must be carried out by a registered electrical installer.
