Belgogluc HM70–75 Glucose Syrup
Belgogluc HM70–75 Glucose Syrup is a malt extract-like glucose syrup with a high maltose content (approx. 69%). Thanks to its content of higher sugars, it provides more body to the beer. With a sugar profile similar to wort, it contributes to good fermentation conditions and predictable fermentation.
Composition (typical):
- 2.0% dextrose
- 69% maltose
- 18% maltotriose
- 11% higher sugars
- 73.1–73.9% dry matter
Color and Use:
The color of the syrup may change depending on storage time and temperature. The manufacturer recommends using the product as soon as possible after delivery.
Storage and Handling:
Store dry in closed original packaging in a clean environment, preferably around 20 °C. When stored around 20 °C, heating may be necessary before use.
