Brewtools MiniUni 30+ – stainless steel tank with cooling jacket
The Brewtools MiniUni tanks are a series of flexible, high-quality tanks. They are often used for fermenting, conditioning and serving beer, but also for many other purposes, such as heating water, storing cleaning solutions and HERMS setups. The plus model also has a cooling jacket with 3/8" NPT connections and two 1.5" TC ports at the front.
The tank can stand in the included base or hang on the wall using the included wall bracket. With the pressure fermentation kit (accessory) you can ferment under pressure and carbonate in the tank. The tank is rated for 2 bar (30 psi).

What is the difference between MiniUni 30 and MiniUni 30+?
The plus model has a cooling jacket with 3/8" NPT connections and two 1.5" TC ports at the front. This lets you control fermentation temperature with coolant and fit extra equipment in the ports.
Can I ferment under pressure in the MiniUni 30+?
Yes, with the pressure fermentation kit accessory. The tank is rated for 2 bar. A typical pressure for pressure fermentation is 0.7–1 bar.
How much can I ferment in the tank?
The maximum recommended volume is 30 litres. Leave plenty of headspace for foam during fermentation.
How do I connect cooling?
The cooling jacket has 3/8" NPT connections and is connected to a chiller that circulates coolant, for example a glycol chiller.
