PT100 temperature sensor for Einbrew controllers for RIMS and HERMS. The probe is 40 mm long and 6 mm in diameter, so it fits a standard thermowell. The sensor has a 3 metre cable and a plug that fits Einbrew control panels.

Why use a thermowell?
With a thermowell the sensor is not in direct contact with the wort. It can be removed without opening the system and is easy to keep clean.
Does the sensor fit controllers other than Einbrew?
The plug is made for Einbrew control panels. For other controllers, check that both the sensor type and the plug match.
What is the difference between the 40 mm and 50 mm sensors?
The probe length. This one has a 40 mm probe for thermowells, and we also stock a 50 mm PT100 sensor from Einbrew.
