The set contains Ink & Dagger Modern Day IPA from Amundsen Bryggeri – a fruity, balanced IPA hopped with Citra, Mosaic, and Simcoe. The wort is 100% pre-brewed, water-adjusted, and ready for fermentation, delivered in a 20L Bag-in-Box with yeast and instructions.

The brewing process takes only a few minutes: Disinfect the equipment, transfer the wort to the fermenter, and add the yeast. After 10–14 days of fermentation, the beer is transferred directly to a keg and carbonated with CO2. You can carbonate slowly over 7 days, or quick carbonate and serve the same day.

The set includes quality components from Italian AEB and Oxyturbo, including a 20L Cornelius keg, CO2 regulator, SodaStream CO2 cylinder, fermentation bucket, cleaning agents, and necessary accessories.
