The kit includes Tre Gamle Damer, a Belgian pale ale with notes of fruit, spice, and balanced bitterness. The beer is brewed as a tribute to the three ladies who made Austmann's entrepreneurial dream possible. With its clear golden color, white foam head, and complex flavor profile, this is a beer that both tells a story and delivers on taste.

The wort is 100% pre-brewed, water-adjusted, and ready for fermentation, delivered in a 20L Bag-in-Box with yeast and instructions.

The brewing process only takes a few minutes: Disinfect the equipment, transfer the wort to the fermenter, and add the yeast. After 10–14 days of fermentation, the beer is tapped directly into a keg and carbonated with CO2. You can carbonate slowly over 7 days, or force carbonate and serve the same day.

The kit includes quality components from Italian AEB and Oxyturbo, including a 20L Cornelius keg, CO2 regulator, SodaStream CO2 cylinder, fermenting bucket, cleaning agents, and necessary accessories.
