Simply Brew – Complete starter kit with Tre Gamle Damer 20L Fresh Wort Kit is for anyone who wants to brew beer at home the easy way, without compromising on quality. You get 20 litres of fully brewed, water-adjusted wort brewed by Austmann Bryggeri, plus all the equipment you need to ferment the beer and serve it carbonated from a keg.
Tre Gamle Damer is a Belgian pale ale with notes of fruit, spice and balanced bitterness. The beer is brewed as a tribute to the three women who made the founding dream of Austmann possible. It has a clear golden colour, a white head and a complex flavour profile.
The kit includes components from the Italian brands AEB and Oxyturbo, including a 20L Cornelius keg, CO2 regulator and SodaStream CO2 cylinder, plus a fermenting bucket, cleaning agents and the necessary accessories.
How to use the starter kit
- Clean and sanitise the equipment.
- Pour the wort from the Bag-in-Box into the fermenting bucket. Do not add water.
- Pitch the yeast that comes with the kit, and fit the lid and airlock.
- Let the beer ferment for 10–14 days.
- Transfer the beer to the Cornelius keg and carbonate with CO2. You can carbonate slowly over approx. 7 days, or force carbonate and serve the same day.

No. The Fresh Wort Kit contains 20 litres of fully brewed, water-adjusted wort. Pour the wort into the fermenting bucket and pitch the yeast that comes with it. Never add water.

What do I need the next time I brew?
