Description

Two Towers Imperial Stout All-Grain Beer Kit

In collaboration with Two Towers Brewery in Trondheim, we have created an all-grain kit for the homebrewer who wants to brew their Imperial Stout.

Imperial Stout pairs well with something sweet – or enjoyed on its own, deep in your armchair, when you've truly earned it!

Details:

  • Contents: Malted grain (6.8 kg), hops, spraymalt, yeast, and brewing instructions
  • Yields approximately 23 liters
  • OG: 1.088
  • FG: 1.024
  • EBC 85
  • IBU 53
  • ABV 8.5%
  • Fermentation: 14 days at 18-22°C
  • Yeast: 2 x US-05 dry

Finings and sugar for carbonation are not included.

For quality and shelf life, the malt is unmilled. If you don't already have one, we recommend investing in a malt mill to ensure 100% fresh ingredients for your brew day. Freshly home-milled malt is fantastic!
