PMG fermentation tanks – unitanks and brite tanks for breweries

PMG (Premium Machinery Group) makes tanks, brewhouses and equipment for breweries. Brewshop is the authorised PMG distributor in Norway. Here you will find unitanks from 300 to 10,000 litres, brite tanks from 200 to 10,000 litres and a CIP system for cleaning. The tanks are made from passivated stainless steel, are insulated and fully equipped, and come with a 5-year warranty. All are made to order.

Unitank or brite tank

Unitank: A conical tank for fermenting, carbonating and serving beer, cider and other drinks in one vessel. PMG unitanks come in 300, 500, 1000, 2000, 3000, 5000 and 10,000 litres.
Brite tank: The PMG brite beer tank is used for storing, conditioning, carbonating and serving finished drinks, in sizes from 200 to 10,000 litres.
Cleaning: The PMG CIP system has a heating element and a powerful pump and cleans fermenters, brewhouses and canning lines. It comes with 1, 2 or 3 tanks of 50–200 litres.

What is a unitank?

A unitank is a cylindro-conical tank where the whole process happens in one vessel: fermentation, maturation, carbonation and serving. The yeast collects in the cone and is removed from the bottom.
