The PMG 10000L Unitank is a conical tank from PMG (Premium Machinery Group) for fermenting, carbonating and serving beer, cider and other beverages. The tank is made of passivated stainless steel, is insulated and has a cooling jacket. It comes fully equipped with a 5-year warranty. The tank is made to order, with price on request.

What is a unitank?
A unitank is a conical pressure tank in which beer can be fermented, carbonated and served in the same vessel. The conical bottom collects yeast and sediment so that it can be drained from the bottom of the tank.
What pressure can the tank handle?
The working pressure is 2 bar, and the tank is pressure rated to 3 bar. The cooling jacket is rated to 6 bar. The included spunding valve can be set from 0 to 2 bar.
How is the temperature controlled?
The tank has a cooling jacket and 80 mm PU insulation. The cooling jacket is connected to a glycol chiller, and the thermowell holds the temperature sensor.
