The story behind TEKU
Teo Musso, founder of Baladin Brewery in Italy, worked with the Italian beer sommelier and sensory analysis expert Kuaska to create the TEKU glass. The name TEKU combines the names Teo and Kuaska. Musso believed that size and shape are important in conveying what a good beer has to offer, and the aim was a glass that could serve as a standard for sensory analysis of craft beer, inspired by the glasses used for wine tasting. Musso made a series of prototypes, and Kuaska assessed them all. The result was an elegant, functional beer glass, made by the German glassmaker Rastal. TEKU is used by beer tasters and restaurants around the world.
