Brewiks Micro Brewery 200, 300 and 500 – brewing system for microbreweries
The Brewiks 200, 300 and 500 Micro Brewery are brewing systems for large brewing clubs, small and growing breweries, and as pilot systems for experimental recipes. All processes are controlled by the brewer with an industrial-grade PLC.
Please note: This product is only available in Norway.
Brewiks is built on the "plug and brew" principle. No special installation is needed, and the system consists of two units on wheels that together work as mash tun, lauter tun, kettle and whirlpool. The system is made to order, with price on request.
Features
- Agitator system that gives up to 90–95% efficiency on all models
- Built-in sparging system with a heat exchanger that uses the system's energy to heat sparge water, as an alternative to a separate hot liquor tank
- Built-in heat exchanger for wort cooling in the double wall, with little need for maintenance
- Wheels and flexible hoses make it easy to move the units and store them when not in use
- Made from AISI 304/316 stainless steel, CE certified
- Supplied for 400 V as standard, and also available for 230 V three-phase

The model numbers 200, 300 and 500 refer to the volume of finished beer at 9% ABV (OG above 1.100) that can be brewed in the system. Maximum volume of cooled wort per system:

- Brewiks 300: 420 litres

What do the numbers 200, 300 and 500 mean?
