1.5" Tri-Clamp CIP spray ball – rotating, 52 mm
Powerful rotating CIP spray ball with a 1.5" Tri-Clamp connection, made from 304 stainless steel. The ball itself is 52 mm in diameter. It is fitted in the top of a tank or fermenter and sprays the inside with cleaning and rinsing water pumped through it.
The spray ball requires a professional pump, such as a Chugger or more powerful. Our submersible CIP pump is not powerful enough for this spray ball.

Which pump do I need?
The spray ball must be driven by a professional pump, such as a Chugger or more powerful. Our submersible CIP pump is not powerful enough.
What does CIP mean?
CIP stands for Clean In Place, meaning the tank is cleaned without being taken apart. The cleaning solution is pumped in through the spray ball and circulates back to the pump.
Are the clamp and gasket included?
No. The Tri-Clamp connection needs a 1.5" clamp and a gasket, which are sold separately.
