1.5" Tri-Clamp weldless bulkhead – Tri-Clamp on both ends

This weldless bulkhead gives you a 1.5" Tri-Clamp flange on both the inside and outside of a tank, kettle or other equipment, without welding. Drill a hole with a 42 mm hole saw and fit the bulkhead. You can then connect Tri-Clamp parts on both sides, for example a valve outside and a tube or filter inside.

The bulkhead is made by Brumetal, Brewshop's own brand, in top-quality 304 stainless steel with a heat-resistant silicone O-ring.

What size hole do I need?

Drill the hole with a 42 mm hole saw.

Are the clamp and gasket included?

No. Each Tri-Clamp connection needs a 1.5" Tri-Clamp clamp and a gasket, sold separately.

How does it differ from the bulkhead with internal threads?

This one has a 1.5" Tri-Clamp on both sides. The version with internal threads has 1/2" NPT female threads inside and needs a 34–35 mm hole.
