3000L brewhouse from PMG – complete brewhouse for commercial breweries
A 3000 litre brewhouse from PMG (Premium Machinery Group) for breweries producing on a commercial scale. PMG builds brewhouses in sizes from 100 litres to over 20,000 litres, and the system is built to your requirements. The brewhouse is made to order, with price on request. Brewshop is the Norwegian distributor for PMG.

Example setup
2- and 3-vessel setups can be supplied with electric heating, PLC controller, wort grant, condenser, hop filter, 2000L hopper/funnel and heat exchanger. You can also have the system delivered complete with HLT (steam heating), auger conveying system/grain elevator and more.

What does the brewhouse cost?

What is the difference between 2, 3 and 4 vessels?
With 2 vessels, mashing and lautering take place in the same vessel, and boiling and whirlpool in the other. With 3 or 4 vessels, mashing, lautering, boiling and whirlpool get their own vessels, so you can start the next brew sooner.
How is the kettle heated?
The Kettle/Whirlpool Tun is equipped with 6 × 7 kW electric heating elements. The HLT can be supplied with steam heating.
How is the system cleaned?
The vessels have CIP spray balls, so they can be cleaned with a CIP system without being dismantled.
