Frequently asked questions about 500 ml beer cans

Are lids included?

No. The cans are supplied without lids. Lids are sold separately, and the cans fit 202 CDL and B64 lids.

What do I need to fill beer into cans?

You need cans, lids and a can seamer to seal the lid. Carbonated beer from a keg can be filled with a counter-pressure filler so the beer keeps its carbonation.

How many cans do I need for a 20 litre batch?

20 litres of beer equals about 40 cans of 500 ml, which is just under two boxes.
