With the goal of providing our customers with the absolute highest quality to produce a perfect craft beer at home, the wort is filled into a Bag In Box using high-tech filling machinery. The bag is then flushed with nitrogen to ensure minimal oxygen in the wort. The wort is 100% ready for use, with clarifying agents and yeast nutrients added during the boil. You do not need to top up with water, so simply pitch the yeast and follow the instructions.
