Description
Ansep BLC 5 kg – beer line cleaner from Ecolab
Ansep BLC (Beer Line Cleaner) is a liquid, alkaline CIP (Clean-In-Place) cleaner for beer lines and taps. It effectively removes proteins, carbohydrates and hop resins and prevents scale build-up. It is non-foaming and changes colour depending on how clean the system is: the liquid is purple and turns green or grey when it meets soil. When the solution stays purple, the system is clean. Ansep BLC is made by Ecolab.
