Austmann Christmas Beer Special - 20L Fresh Wort Kit
The Austmann Christmas Beer Special Fresh Wort Kit gives you the opportunity to brew a genuine Christmas beer with Austmann's renowned taste quality. This is a special version of Austmann's classic Christmas beer with a bit more malt, a slightly higher alcohol content, a bit more flavor, and a bit more Christmas spirit, but without the distinct spice additions.
If desired, you can of course experiment with your own taste preferences and additions, such as spices or fruit, to create a personalized Christmas touch.
The beer is perfect with good Christmas food, long winter evenings, and is otherwise a great companion for both everyday enjoyment and special occasions during the cold season.
In all our Fresh Wort Kits, the wort is precisely water-adjusted to refine taste, aroma, and form the basis for optimal fermentation conditions, and yeast nutrient and fining agent are added. You do not need to add any water yourself, as you receive 20 liters of professional-quality finished wort.

Fresh, professionally brewed wort
Our Fresh Wort Kits contain 20 liters of water-adjusted wort, professionally brewed by Austmann Bryggeri, one of Norway's leading microbreweries. With the goal of providing our customers with the absolute highest quality to produce a perfect craft beer at home, the wort is filled into Bag In Box using a high-tech filling machine. The bag is then flushed with nitrogen to ensure minimal oxygen in the wort. The wort is 100% ready for use, and both fining agent and yeast nutrient are added during boiling. This is not a semi-finished product, and you should not top up with water. Just pitch the yeast and follow the instructions.
