Beer Tap Conversion Kit for 2 taps – build your own kegerator
With this Beer Tap Conversion Kit, you can convert an ordinary fridge or freezer into a kegerator with two tap lines. The kit contains what you need to connect two Cornelius kegs and pour beer straight from the tap through the door or wall.
The components are made of stainless steel and LLDPE, with Ultratap SS faucets with handles. John Guest and DMfit push-fit fittings make the system easy to assemble, clean and maintain.

- Cornelius kegs with ball lock posts
- CO2 cylinder, regulator and gas line with a ball lock gas disconnect
If you use a freezer as a kegerator, we recommend a temperature controller rather than adjusting the freezer's own thermostat.

What do I need besides the kit?
A fridge or freezer, ball lock Cornelius kegs and a CO2 set-up with regulator and gas line. The kit covers the beer side from the keg to the tap.
Which faucets are included?
Two Ultratap SS faucets with handles. Ultratap is a forward-sealing faucet that closes at the front, gets less sticky and is easy to clean.
How long are the shanks?
The shanks are 10 cm long and have 5/16" John Guest push-fit fittings.
How do I clean the tap lines?
Clean the faucets and lines every time you change kegs, ideally with a line cleaner that changes colour as it works, and rinse with clean water afterwards.
